Question: How long does it take to process my order/s?

Answer: We have all of our pneumatic air tools and accessories products ready in stock to make order fulfillment fast and reliable. It will only take us one business day to process your order, so expect your order/s to be shipped the next day you placed it.

Question: How much is the delivery fee?

Answer: We want you to enjoy shopping to the fullest! We are offering FREE standard shipping for all orders across the US. Get your order quick right at your doorstep with no shipping cost at all!

Question: How long do I have to wait for my orders to arrive?

Answer: Standard delivery for the following products will take between 2-7 business days depending on your geographical location:

For products that are not mentioned above, delivery days will depend on the courier you selected. Following gives you the delivery days for each courier:

  • Post package - Estimated time of arrival is 10 to 15 days.
  • FedEx - Takes 4 to 6 days to arrive
  • DHL - Estimated time of arrival is 6 to 8 days.

Please note that seasonality and other factors related to courier and shipment might affect the delivery time of your order.

Question: What if I receive a defective/damaged item?

Answer: In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged/defective, please let us know immediately so we can process a replacement as quickly as possible at no additional expense with no questions asked at all. Please do not attempt to assemble or use a damaged product and make sure to put it in its original packaging upon return.

Question: I just placed an order successfully, can I still cancel it?

Answer: Since we processed the orders quickly, you might not be able to cancel it once your order has been sent to UPS, USPS, or FedEx. You may cancel your order within 2-3 hours of placing it. If you wish to request for cancellation, you may contact us at info@proairtools.com for us to assist you with your concern.  

Question: What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Answer: To ensure efficiency and smooth delivery of your order, kindly notify us about the best time to get your product delivered so we can take note of it. We also advise you to authorize someone to receive your order if you’re not always available to receive the parcel.

Question: What document/s do I have to present if I want to return a product?

Answer: Proof of purchase from Pro Air Tools is required for all return requests.  We also require anyone who wishes to return a product or request a refund to fill up our Return/Refund Form for us to get the details necessary for carrying out the process.

Question: What does your “30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee” Implies?

Answer: Here at Pro Air Tools, we ensure that we are providing the best quality products from trusted manufacturers and brands in the commercial cleaning industry. Thus, we stand behind all our products and quality control 100 percent, in the event that the product/s you ordered from us did not meet your expectations, we will gladly offer you our 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee Request-no questions asked! 
If within 30 days from your purchase, you are not fully satisfied with any of the products, you may request any of the following: 1. Product replacement 2. Exchange the product with another product of the same value. 3. Refund the amount you paid.  

Question: How long will it take to get my refund/replacement?

Answer: Pro Air Tools will not act upon the product return request, not until the item you wish to return or to get refunded is received by us at the designated return address. Depending on the shipping method or courier you chose, kindly allow 3-10 business days for the shipping. We will notify you via email or via phone call whichever you prefer, upon the receipt of your package/returned item(s) and once refund/replacement is available.

Question: Are your products covered with warranty? 

Answer: All our products are covered with one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to items having a manufacturer's defect. Nature of defect is solely the discretion and verdict of the company's technical department. Defects arising from the CUSTOMER MISUSE and FORCE MAJEURE automatically revoke the product warranty.
